I am training to participate in the Nike 26.2 Half Marathon October 24th!) as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. As a participant of this program, I am raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.

I'm training for this endurance event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood illnesses, as well as to honor the memory of my aunt Sophie, who bravely fought Leukemia and Breast Cancer AND managed to brighten the lives of those who knew her.
